It’s a great approach to something I’ve been doing myself for years – auditing your life. Taking a step back and assessing yourself and where you’re headed on a scale in a few dimensions. It can be easy when you’re really struggling in one area of your life to see everything as a total failure. Or when you’re planning to dive deep in one thing and forget about everything else.
By looking at what kinds of things are important in your life, measuring them and creating a plan for them, you’re much more likely to get an honest understanding of how things are going and also to create a plan that will help improve things further.
